Here are some requirements to be a renter:

ALL drivers must be a minimum of 25 years of age and provide a copy of a valid driver’s license. 

MUST provide a copy of the automotive declaration sheet for the pulling vehicle.

ONLY authorized driver(s) are permitted to tow the trailer. Authorized driver(s) are defined as only those driver(s) listed on the rental and insurance agreement.

TOW vehicle MUST have an electronic trailer brake controller and requires a 7-pin connector.

The renter is 100% responsible for all tickets, tolls, fines, towing, or impound fees incurred during the rental period.

The option to have the trailer delivered/set up/pick-up for an additional fee (Average is $5/mile) is available.

Each trailer comes with: 

Basic cleaning supplies

Basic cooking supplies

Linens/towels

We will educate you on the various features with a thorough walk-through of the trailer.

Propane tanks provided are for trailer use ONLY and are NOT to be removed or used for personal use. You will be charged $50 as a result if removed. You will be charged $50 to refill the tanks upon return.  

The generator is NOT included. If unit is not connected to power a generator is recommended to run AC, power outlets, microwave. 

If you need one we can provide for $100

A $100 Cleaning fee will be charged

You will be charged $50 if the septic and black/grey water is NOT emptied. 

Cancellation 14 days prior to reservation, 100% will be refunded. If cancelled less than 14 days and 1 week prior, we will refund 50%. You forfeit a refund if you cancel within the week of reservation. 

Renter will be required to sign a rental agreement/Release of liability prior to taking possession of trailer/Golf cart. A security deposit will be held until return and inspection is completed. (usually within a week of return)

We accept Zelle/Venmo. Credit card with a 6% fee
